Distributed ledger systems must be secure with blockchain technology. Blockchain’s intrinsic security is enhanced by additional measures. Encryption and digital signatures secure blockchain data and transactions. Proof of Work and Proof of Stake consensus methods prevent blockchain updates. Smart contract auditing and code reviews discover flaws and prevent exploits. Security evaluations and bug bounty programs improve blockchain network security. Blockchain technology guarantees transparency, immutability, and resilience in financial and supply chain management by prioritizing security.
